OK, when you are in the text box typing a reply, or a question, if you look to the upper left corner you will see 2 symbols. One looks like a camera, one looks like a chain.
When you put your mouse over the camera, it will say 'share photos'. Now, click on the camera, and on the bottom left it will now say 'upload'
Click on that and you can select pix from your hard drive

    Hope this helps

You have to resize the picture its to large

if you are using a Microsoft product such as Windows 7 or 10 you can use their app called 'Paint' to re-size. In the 'Image' grouping there are 2 intersecting rectangles which is the icon/symbol for the re-size utility.

If you are on a Mac, I am hopeless since I don't have one

I have a 4.1 megapixel camera, and I set the camera to take pictures on JPEG medium resolution.
This size makes excellent prints and also post easily to the internet sites such as this one, without having to resize.

                  Good Camera, Which one?
                  by Terry, NJ
I have had it! This Kodak camera and the "Easy Share" program has burned me up one time too many. The pictures are good, but this "Easy Share" system is not. I take the pic, then try to load the pic to transfer it to VFF and it's not ready! It's like going to a restaurant as waiting to be served, and waiting, and waiting! I don't know how to get it to accept my pics immediately...

All pictures uploaded to the site will open up into a scrollable light box if clicked. They will also blow up larger individually if clicked on again. All past uploaded attachments before the upgrade were converted over to this new format. Previously, the only pictures to show in a light box were the ones when using the camera button. This is really helpful for multiple pictures on a post, so you...
