okay from what i am told use the enhanced editor... a user cant save it as default....each time you post you'll have to do it again
you can ask Mike K to see if thats what he does..3~ Tudor's & 1~ Coupe

Mitch, thanks. I have also noticed that if I change the font size and color in my Profile it also does not save it there either.
Maybe a small problem with the base programming? You wana look waaay far up da road and plan yer route because the brakes are far more of a suggestion than a command!

if you go to content and text it will change the colors of what is already in your profile area, then save... it wont change what you type..

I usually use Advanced Editor, quick and easy, but there are workarounds. If you know exactly what control characters a particular setup of VBB uses you can compose, then cut/paste from a word processor like MS word. This includes outside links and images. If you paste formatted material that VBB does not understand it simply shows as forum default. Like This. I always use preview, then tweak things before posting. You can use the 'Test' forum to experiment.Mechanical engineering 101: If you put an adjustment knob, screw, bolt, or tolerance specs on something, some people will immediately fiddle with it. If you mark it DO NOT TOUCH everyone will mess with it.

Thanks guys.
I really don't want to be a PIA, but just playing in the Settings area I figured it should save and default. You wana look waaay far up da road and plan yer route because the brakes are far more of a suggestion than a command!

Im glad you brought this up and after a little research there may be a way to do a programming change to get this done. Suggestions by the members = solutions.3~ Tudor's & 1~ Coupe

by MitchI put this in the Forum Support area sticky but figured it might help bringing it front and center.
When posting U-tube videos to the site it's best to use the "Enhanced Editor" then click the "Movie Link" next to the mountain image icon. Copy the "Share Link" (not the URL) of the video and paste it into the box then click ok.
This puts the video directly...-

by Mitchsince many of us are getting used to a new STYLE format, i think it might be a good idea to post newly found navigation tips to this main area for quick viewing. I will also be copying these threads to the support forum sticky where many are already posted...
if anyone notices something to share with the group that has not been posted feel free to start a new thread on it. Take a look at the...-
