I was trying to post the chain of events I had with a "chat" person at HP when I tried to order toner cartridges for my printer. It was quite comical, even to the point to where she said I had to buy a new printer. That was until I looked up the part # of what I wanted & suddenly "Oh, we have that". This took about 30-45 minutes of banter back & forth. My cut & paste didn't work, so I just deleted it.
