  • Great Christmas Gift Idea

Our local Model A Club is having our annual Christmas party. We have to bring a gift, mans gift for a man and ladies gift for a lady. I'm giving a VFF 2018 Calendar with the key fob attached as my contribution.

Christmas, birthday, and Anniversary gift to Karl/Michelle. Pat's cheap, but will help when I can !! Plus one to his Dad, ( in the nursing home now, I know he will wander the halls showing everybody the cars, and maybe forget his son is on it too ) he opened his house to me when I was 24 and Karl was 12, we have been friends ever since. This is in Karl's shop and will be seen by many Folks in Western Wisconsin.

Mitch, Karl gave his Dad the calendar this morning in the nursing home. Karl called me thanking me for doing it ! His Dad laughed 10 minutes straight. The nurses never heard him laugh so long or hard before He's 81 now, when he was 12 and his brother was 10, they acquired their first Model A. They had to drive to the bar and get beer for their Grandpa. I can only imagine the memories he was going through. Thank you Mitch for VFF and the calendars. Pat

Here is a photo of the guy who was on the vererans float with me. It was his birthday, and he was 95 years old that day. He told me that exactly 75 years ago, also on his birthday, he got his draft notice for WW2.
You might notice that he looks better than me.
The other photo is my daughter and her dog, and me.
