Well, I got out, great drive, almost 200 miles. Nice blue skies, cool but eventually warmed and a bit humid. Sarah did perfect. Took this photo before departing, then I left without taking the camera..................png "mad")
: Felt sorta nostalgic being back in uniform even if it was just a few months before my time. ;)

Today's drive was, I believe, the best enjoyment from any time before. I had no concerns or worries. She kept real cool, plenty of get up and go, ran great and I lost no coolant. The last time I made that same trip I used up a gal of coolant. That problem seems to have been corrected.

Although I use to get 18 mpg whereas now it's dropped to 14 but I don't adjust the GAV to more lean on straightaways....

Sarah is running now like she's never before. So much more power. Before she took hills but not like she's doing now. I accelerate at the bottom of a steep hill and she takes off. I have to watch my speedo to hold her back. She staying cool even in this heat I have and...……..she hasn't used a thimble of coolant and no foam/froth/bubbles. I might get to enjoy her now and...

Steakburger, fries and a chocolate malt please!!!! A mid-west original burger joint who also at one time had the gals on roller skates and I can still remember them at this very same S&S back in the early 60s. Sarah is park in a handicap space, for her, not me, I'm in top physical form still!!!!

Sarah runs w/o engines pans now but to protect her from unwanted objects entering her through the carb, I put on a Hi-Boy this morning. She runs with Zeny. She didn't put up much a fuss as I put it on her and afterwards we took a drive. More silent now from hearing the sucking noise coming from Zeny.
