Just remember, If it's broke, don't fix it!
You wana look waaay far up da road and plan yer route because the brakes are far more of a suggestion than a command!

i think it would look better with a pinstripe and maybe you can put something on the tires while your at it

as far as the mandatory tour i'll pass and take an Uber

Yugos were made from REJECT Fiat parts. Stuff was known to BREAK, on the showroom floor!
I worked for a Dealer, who had previously sold Yugos. We kept 2 parts cars in the back!!

Sounds like they were designed to fail kind of like those russian tractors people bought and can't get rid of.

Even the parts on the parts cars are junk

I worked at a Ford dealer who got the Yugo franchise, they had a 2 month waiting list of buyers. $3995.00.. The warranty repairs basically put the Yugo company out of business.
engines, brakes, head gaskets, water leaks & wind leaks and much more. i bought a new snap on tool box then for 8K and remember thinking to myself i could have bought two Yugos instead lol... i think i made the right choice

          Elkins Tour Cancellation!!!!
          by Mark Maron
Out of concern for the safety and well-being of our members, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone the MARC National Tour in Elkins, West Virginia. Although we don’t know the exact path of Hurricane Florence yet, all indications are that it will be a fierce and dangerous storm that appears to be bringing a significant amount of wind and rainfall to the already saturated terrain in...

          by Mark Maron
The Mountain Region has really enjoyed driving the tours that will be offered on the 2018 National Tour. One of the best ways to view the beautiful fall foliage in West Virginia is on a train ride deep into the mountains. The "Mountain Memories" Tour will offer two distinctly different train tours, representing two different eras and totally different scenery. We're looking forward to sharing...

When was the last time you looked at the inside of your wheels?
          by Dennis
A couple nights ago I was busy getting ready for a tour the next day. I had finished up the last king pin and bushing replacement and was getting ready to put the wheels back on. I just happened to look at the inside of the bolt pattern and see this. Fortunately I have some extra wheels I could swap out. And this is one hole of 4 on that wheel that look like this. The other wheels look fine. It looks...

          Tires - - 475 vs 550
          by Bikerider58
The rear Firestone WW are at the wear bars. Black walls cost less, but WW look good.

Lester 525/550 seem to have good marks on handling and stability for the freeway.

But, 2 Firestone vs 5 Lester is a big price difference. Does anyone have personal experience with the Lester tire?

i could split the axles, but different tires will look odd.

          How...

In looking at the schedule I see there is no meeting in the schedule for the grand tour, I thought in the past there has been one, am I missing something? Or did I just think they had one.

Where is your clubs big tour this season?
          by Curly
Our Alaskan A’s just returned from a week long trip to Kodiak, Alaska. We had about 20 vintage cars half were Model A’s. The ferry ride was a nine hour ferry each way. The cars were enclosed in the belly of the ship the whole way.
The folks in Kodiak were so appreciative and they really rolled out the red carpet for us. One member lost a main bearing on the way but his son had him another...

          National Tours
          by BNCHIEF
I have never asked this question I know how national tours work for the mtfca, just driving and eating enjoying each others company, It seems the A crowd is very different, so say in a week it seems to be all seminars, activities, and judging with driving pretty much one day such as the grand tour. How about a clearer understanding for folks like me. It has to be fun or you would not get so many...
