    I don't know if a copy of this article has been posted on here before, I copied it from MAFCA. I converted it from PDF to JPEG so it could be easily be reprinted by anyone from here. I saw one of these trunks on a car at a show and it was impressive compared to those for sale commercially.

    I have this same article in my files and had been considering building one. Your post has me thinking about it again. might be time to drop the mechanic tools and pick up my carpentry gear.

      That would be a great thing and a break from the mechanics ain ' t all that bad, please post pictures of it if you build it.

    I built one a couple years back. Fun project, used the same blueprint but adjusted the dimensions to fit my rack.
    civeted it with the same material as my seats and lined it with soft leather.
