    Steve Schmauch is listed on MAFCA site under judging standards as their chair. His email is listed on his bio, click on his pic

      I don't believe anyone is 'in charge' of a specific section. there was lead editors for each section. I'm not aware of a current attempt for a new revision, so I'm not sure there are lead editors currently assigned.

          Pluck,
          I think Doc Kalinka had been in charge of that section. I don't know if MARC still has an individual responsible for the various sections.
