by Bob CSome rear lamp housings have Duolamp with the letters stamped out and some have the letters stamped in, which is correct for 1930-31.
I have heard the ones with the letters stamped in came out in 1932 but I don't see any information in the Judging Standards.

The first one has Ford written with little bumps and the words below take up 17 vertical lines.
The second one Ford is smooth and the words take up 13 vertical lines....-

by wrndlnI installed the emergency brake carriers and lined bands on my phaeton's rear end. I think I did it right, but there are several things that could be screwed up or reversed, like the toggle links and the retaining pins. I am missing a retaining pin on the bottom of the drivers side. If any experts would please look at the pictures below and see if everything is OK or if not, what is wrong.

What are the correct fasteners to attach the rear apron to the rear of the body.
I have heard that the might be 8/32 x 3/4.
Help please.
