Hello everyone, I just discovered this forum, and was surprised that you have been around for some time now. I'm happy I found you. I recognize some of the usernames from elsewhere.
I have been a long time Early Ford V8 enthusiast for many years and was an administrator on the now defunct Fordsrus forum. I fairly recently changed my focus to the Model A Ford
and have found the community to be very helpfull in the restoration of my '29 Open cab Pickup. The truck was purchased by me in the early 70s as a basket case someone took apart and
then lost interest in. Not until 2015 did I get to work on the truck which is now finished sans a top. I look forward to visits to this community and at times will seek knowledge here, and
maybe also contribute when I feel competent. Thank you for letting me join your community.

New to the Forum. Had my 1928 Sport Coupe since 1965. Former MAFCA member Livingston NJ. chapter 1967-1970. Retired, to Delaware 2016, and I am finally getting things in order. Started with Delaware registration and inspection, required all systems to work as It left the factory. So now I have my Shocks rebuilt and my Electric wiper motor installed, I am resurrecting an interest in an old hobby. Considering a 100 point restoration. Looking for Ford A stock owner restorers in and around Seaford Delaware.

It's usually a good idea to put your general location on your profile. We have a lot of members from the DL / tristate area

                          Hello Members,
My name is Richard Nicholls and I live in Sydney, Australia. My interest in Model A’s goes back to around 1968 when at age 16,I bought my first Model A, a 1928 Phaeton which I still have. My day to day driver now is an early ‘31 Closed Cab Pickup which I imported from the US approx seven years ago.
I restored this car mechanically when I first got it and enjoyed driving...

                          Hello all,

I wanted to introduce myself to the community. I am new to the forum and the Model A world and live in the Detroit area. I purchased my first Model A about three months ago which is a 1931 Deluxe Roadster. I was not even planning on getting one, but my wife and I ran across this one when we were at someplace and it was love at first site. Through looking at reference books...

I joined up over on the **** **** and figured I'd join in here too. I inherited my grandfathers Model A, it was his first car, he bought it in 1957 and restored it about 16 years ago. He taught me a lot about it but it seems there is always more to learn about these awesome cars, look forward to learning!

I have been lurking on the Model A forum and I am impressed with the way the members treat each other. I own two Ts and hope this T forum picks up. I have been a member of the MTFCA and its forum for some time. If any of you frequent that forum you will notice they are having some problems. Hoping I am welcome here

Howdy! I recently acquired a 1950 Ford F1 pickup. It was running when my dad drove it into the barn and left it several years ago. I am doing my best to get it back into running shape but having a few problems. Wondering if anyone is local to the Dallas area (Garland in particular) and could recommend someone experienced with the old trucks. Found one guy who said "sure, just leave me the...
