Hey Carl, WELCOME to the VFF!!

The first place I would check is Bert's in Co. The second place I would check is the Early Ford Store of California, 1-909-305-1955. This store is not listed in any of our sources, but is in San Dimas Ca. Bill has a lot of original late Ford parts, mostly for the '32 but you never know. I am not sure of Bratton's has a repo and that is the only reason they are not on the top of my list.
You wana look waaay far up da road and plan yer route because the brakes are far more of a suggestion than a command!

There's someone in New Zealand re-making the brackets, which aren't available yet , to provide to the vendors. Le Baron Bonney and others stopped offering them a few years ago but the visors covered with material are listed in LBB's catalogue.. I've tried the '32 header type brackets and they are too wide (screw holes) to fit the 2 backing wood strips in the '31 roof (if the headliner is already installed). I sold them.

Original brackets are very hard to find. Derek from New Zealand is having the S/W brackets reproduced. Bert's will be the USA distributor.

Visor Brackets.jpg A friend of mine is making reproduction brackets here in the US. The price for per pair is $139.00. Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you are interested.

Model A Ford Door Check Arm Brackets
              by Atlasboy
I am restoring a Model A Cabriolet, and I am having a difficult time removing the 'Split Collar' tabs on the Door Arms so I can replace the Rubber Cushion Stop.
Is there an easy way to separate the Collars while on the arm ?
Hope this question is in the proper place on the Forum....

              Slant Window Sun Visor Brackets
              by BAAP
Good afternoon everybody, I just wanted to let you all know that the reproduction slant window visor brackets are now in stock at Bratton's. These came out really nice and they will be good for those looking for them. There are some subtle differences between these and originals, but over all a great reproduction part. They can be found at www.brattons.com part #30025. The picture will be on...

              Running Board Brackets
              by Fordfordora
My "A" came with the rear running board brackets bent up. After drilling them out I put out some feelers for replacements. I also looked them up in Snyder's. According to their catalog the right and left brackets need to be ordered separately. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two? Unfortunately I did not consider this when I removed them and now am not sure where they...

              Push Road question
              by Engeljehringer
Hi, I am new here. I am building up my Model T engine and would like to install adjustable push rods. But the actual push rods have an diameter of 0.499 (so 1/16 over size). The maximum oversize push rods I can find are 1/32. does one of you know a supplier with 0.499?
I have tried to drill my existing non adjustable push rods to add the screw to make it adjustable. But no chance to drill a...

How does one bent the skinny two-piece, steel moldings to fit the car without destroying the moulding?

              by devon11
Hi, I found a couple original 1940s era Ford bumpers when I was cleaning out my barn. I just put them up on ebay today (7/17/18). A friend said to mention this on a Ford Forum so people who actually know and collect will know they are available. Thanks. - Devon
