Whew, what a find.
After hearing that trans wind up, I sure don't feel bad about the noise of my 2nd gear whine. Not that I won't fix mine, I just don't feel bad about the whine!
Thanks Carl for that find. You wana look waaay far up da road and plan yer route because the brakes are far more of a suggestion than a command!

Thanks Carl.
That would be a fun way to go camping or attend swap meets. I've never seen a 5 spoke steering wheel like that before.
When I visited the car museum in Murdo, South Dakota in the 70's they had a very nice Model A camper with a lot of glass. I don't recall if it was on an A or AA chassis, but it wasn't very big. I thought it was the perfect size for one or two people. I wonder if it's still there?

by MitchThis is a contest that the MO club does to see how long it takes to start a Model A up from moth balls. This years start up took place right out in front of the host hotel. I will be posting a series of short videos and pics.
The star of the show is our own Larry Shepard.. Larrys40 on the VFF
Larry and crew did a great job waking this car up from 50 years of sleep

by copgibThis morning I got up and went to my workshop to work on the radiator shell. I must admit, putting the welting on it and them mounting it back onto the new radiator was time consuming and a pain in the ahole at times. Once done I ran my Model A for about 20-minutes and to me sounds pretty good. I took a video of it running on my cell phone. HughYou do not have permission to view this gallery.

This from LeBarron Bonney. Neat to watch about 14 minutes. You can see what is involved in installing a Roadster top.
