          Thank You VFF Members
          by 40B1930
Many thanks to everyone who came to my aid making my chassis restoration possible. I now own some nice tools, some Model A specialty tools and even a few I had to make (grease seals).
Your patience with my often seemingly ridiculous questions gave me the confidence to "go for it" in that I was not going to ruin anything - parts are expensive! After a couple good shake down runs...

          by Beauford
I'd like to thank all of you guys for this incredible journey of pain, sorrow and most of all joy!! I was able to recruit a buddy to help install the hood this evening. Interior and door checks installed and ole Rusty is done! I would have never got to this point without a lot of you guys who have steered me down this road since the barn days and a admin who answers all my dumb questions at 3am!!...

          Restoration books...
          by Beauford
Since I don't know what the body on a chassis looks like (fenders, aprons, welt, rubber blocks) I was wondering if there were any publications that show pictures of mounting all these items? I'm a picture guy and like detailed representations. '29 Roadster P/U. The Model A pickup book isn't cutting it. It doesn't have to be a pickup, once I see the whole concept I will be able to figure it out. T...

          Now what ?
          by Mikey
Just joined VFF a few weeks ago and I'm really enjoying what I'm reading so far. I have taken all your experienced advice on starting my 31 roadster restoration but I have come to another roadblock. I finally got in the barn last week and found the number on the frame, A2556856 which according to what I have been reading makes it a late October 29 frame, nuts. The engine that I have (what's there)...
