Parts of that clip were used in an advertisement here a while ago. I remember the car but can't remember what they were advertising!!

I was relating this story to a local car historian today and referred him to the video. BTW he, a Model T driver of many years, did not know that Clara Ford drove a Detroit Electric. That subject came up because he mentioned he could not recall woman drivers featured in Model T ads. We speculated that women really did not become featured in car ads until the roads became better and the electric starter became more common, thus nullifying the need for a woman to push a stuck car on a muddy road or to use her arm strength to start an engine.
