Gulp...I have had zero satisfaction with anything that has this name on or near it. any suggestions ?

When I bought my pickup, it had new Vintique regulators in it. They worked like crap! I then bought a set from Snyders, who says that they make their own, and they work wonderful.Alaskan A's

We manufacture the 3-hole style window regulators that fit the Coupe, Tudor, and Pickup trucks. The ones we manufacture are painted black. There are 2 others on the market that don't work properly, one is plated with yellow zinc and the other is just silver zinc. I promise you won't be disappointed with the black ones that we had made!

I had one in the rear passenger side of my Tudor that was made in Argentina. The shaft was way off and it would constantly creep down. Also the shaft was way too short. I had a heck of a time getting the pin out of the crank handle. Bought one recently from Snyder’s, works perfect.
Anybody know who made or marketed the Argentina parts? It was black.

update. I had a nice email from Mr Tom Jordan from Synders informing me that for Fordor regulators they stock are made by Vintique. So I am wondering if I purchased a 3 hole regulator can I modify it? mine a 4 hole but I got a drill.

Sometimes you are smarter to find some original parts. Unless you really like fighting with repros that will never work right and annoy you. Pretty sure you will use the windows a lot so it seems like a part you want done right the first time.
The regulators for the regular production cars are fairly common. Finding decent used ones would be my recommendation. Usually the problem if any would be in the handle clutch at the base of the square. Pick up an extra passenger side unit and swap the parts if needed.

by HazelhoffThe Vintique window regulators absolutely do not fit my 29 Tudor doors. The mounting studs are way too high, I guess some 3 mm. The regulator is sitting too close to the window glass. The arm cannot pass the glass rails. Are those from Snyders correct ?
