    MARC National MEET 2019 NEW Hotel Information

    Please note that we are fully aware of what has transpired at the Edward Hotel, regarding the closing due to renovations and numerous violations. The hotel has told us "To Find A New Venue". With this information and no guarantee of opening or, the future of the hotel as well as issues with ownership, the MARC National Meet Hosts have made the decision to move our Host Hotel and go forward. We are very excited about these changes and changes for the better of the meet. Thank you ALL for your patience and support.

      That's for sure. Lining up another place this late in the game can not be an easy undertaking! Looks like a first class place too.

    UPDATE:

    1. The Edward is CLOSED. Door locked Closed. Hence they will not answer phones on the weekend and after hours. We have had 100's of people cancel their reservations with no problems at all during business hours. PLEASE be patient.
    2. The HOST IS SOLD OUT, there will be NO more rooms released. PLEASE Book your room at one of the other 7 choices!

    3. Trailer parking as at every meet will be announced as to where, it will be safe guarded area. PLEASE Book your rooms at any of the other 7 hotels..

      This certainly has been no easy situation for the MARC team. Who would have thought that this Edwards deal would have totally collapsed the way it did. My hat is off to you and your entire group for a quick about face and making this National even better. Two hotels sold out in three hours, amazing. Whoever here on the VFF is contemplating going you should make a res at one of the remaining facilities asap. Reservations are usually cancelable up to 24 hours before the check in date so go for it.
      This is going to be one of the biggest and best yet

        There are still rooms available through "trivago" at the host hotel. You will pay $227.00 a night with taxes and fees.

          That is crazy. sorry, but that is why we gave you 8 different hotels to choose from...To pay an additional 600.00+ Taxes for the week just to stay when you can stay for 114.00 per night at other.. I don't want anyone to spend what they don't have to so all up to each person, Just want you all there to have a great week!!
