Welcome Fred i am glad that you were able to find us.
We need to get the word out for those that are still not in the know. I spent this past week in Gettysburg doing just that, and yes and it costs a lot of money but that is how important this mission is.

if you or anyone else needs any help feel free to just email or PM me

Regarding posting on the **, not that i would ever again as this is a new era for me, , but even if i wanted to i couldn't.
My password and Email were changed internally without my permission or knowledge so i can't log into the account anymore. For some reason it doesn't say banned under my name but it may as well, so i guess that is what you call a secret banning as to not wake the natives!!!::

After spending this week here at Gettysburg and listening to all the comments and opinions of the **, many of us here are not alone but apart of a much larger group than originally thought.

Many of us that were Banned or seen the light with the other site are here. Vince was posting here for a short time, but seems to be busy with other stuff right now. I have high hopes and full support for this site. Hoping others will make it over time. I made it here because I seen a link posted on Ahooga by Tom Wesenburg. Hard to get the word out without stepping on toes at other sites. Sending business cards out with ebay sales to do my part. Rod

Basically when the pros would try to correct inaccurate info at the other site, they would get slapped and it was declared they were creating 'drama'
Very refreshing to have a forum owner as knowledgeable and helpful as Mitch

I have known Mitch off and on for maybe a decade: bought two cars from or through him over the years. He is the genuine article-very knowledgeable and always willing to share. The caliber of knowledgeable individuals he has attracted to this is site is nothing less than a testimonial to their respect for him, his knowledge, his experience, and his willingness to help. He makes many contributions to this hobby and those in it: some contributions like this site and his comments are observable and some of his contributions to the hobby are not. But all are appreciated by the many or by the individual. "Hats off" to Mitch!

Which is exactly why I gave up trying to learn the Model A mechanics over there, just too confusing, now that I'm here where the information is correct, it's too late, too old now and I'll just have to settle on being a driver and Larry making house calls. :

I like a multitude of ideas and opinions, which is why this forum is great i tried to get the other place to start a tours and meets sticky I was told we do not need another sticky he is right we got a whole section, how else will people find out about local or club events. I really appreciate Mitch doing this and this place is really starting to pick up steam.

Beauford, ebay user name is 28_AR_RDSTR_PU . Not alot of A parts on there now. Was in the middle of getiing things ready to list more this week when my oldest daughter was put in the hospital with problems with her diabetes. Spent most of Wednesday there, caught up yardwork yesterday. Got back to the shop this morning when a friend called and had me come over to look at an early 28 tudor he is considering selling. While I do not have the money right now, sounds like he is setting it back for me to buy sometime next year. Now going through some of my parts and setting back stuff I may need for it. It needs a full ground up restoration. If you need any chassis parts PM me or give me a call. Rod

It is our oldest daughter Nichole who is 28. No, it is type 1. Has had alot of trouble with it the last 3 years. New insulin pump next week. Hopefully it will help out alot. Lots going on in her life at the moment that I won't go into publicly, so prayers are always needed.

Jessica is doing well and will begin attending University of Nebraska School of Agriculture in 2 weeks. Stydying to become a Vetranarian tech. Thanks to all of the prayers from Model A friends and family members she continues to suprise us. Still has some concerns, but much better than I what I thought would be at this point.

Last night, while writing a comment in the **** **** site, I mentioned that Mitch had left the **** **** and established VFF. I also tried to convince Barn readers to visit Mitch's relatively new site. During this attempt, I described Mitch as "prolific" and controversial."
