There might be better methods but I like the KISS mode. Go under apron with a ole can of primer and shoot up carrier hole. (Make sure apron is lined up correctly first)

by BeaufordI can't find anything to tell me if this thing mounts directly on the apron outside as I can't believe it would mount under and through.....

by GreynomadI am reassembling the differential in my Tudor at the moment. I have a very good pair of axles and an excellent carrier. I have replaced the spider gears with new ones. When I try to bolt the two halves of the carrier together, I cannot turn the axles with the nuts any more than a little more than finger tight. It is jammed solid. Les Andrews is silent on this so I ask here - What is the fix??

by BeaufordSo in the final stretch of getting Rusty put back together. Before paint I never thought about fitting rad splash apron. (mistake) but here I am. My hood shelf and fender are not flush with horns. They stick inward a bit. They are equal amounts over the inside edge of horns so I don't believe horns are bent. Any adjustments I can make? (Repop front Fenders)

by P. CrosbyI could not find information on lockwashers for the rear spare tire carrier. I am presuming they were used, if so, I am presuming they were gloss black to match the bolts?

Years ago I saw a chart with pictures to identify the different rear spare tire carriers. I can't find anything now.
About 15 years ago I bought a rear spare mount for my cousin's 1930 Fordor, but he sold the car before I got the mount to him, so now I'd like to sell it to get my $35 back, but want to be sure it's the correct application first. I'll take a picture of it later, but we still should...-
