Were these original 1933 Distributor Cap Outer Cover Black, really bakelight"brown" painted or black molded plastic like material. Don't think they had real plastic back then.

Is there a JS type standards like we have for the Model A’s available for the post A era? What about service bulletins?3~ Tudor's & 1~ Coupe

Claude the books from the early Ford V8 club will address your questions. There is a book just for 33-34. A little spendy but they are comprehensive books, much like Model A judging standards, JS.

Just came across this listing, and the bottom book in the stack is what I consider one of the "must have" Model A books that very Model A owner should have.

by ClaudeCThere are 2 wires on my engine harness that supposedly feed thru the spark plug tube. One of these wires exits the tube thru a special opening and the wire goes to the generator cutout. The other wire supposedly goes to the ignition coil. Having a problem how to feed and attach this coil wire? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
