Hi. I had a 1938 Ford coupe in high school. That was 56 years ago. I recently found and bought a tudor that is pretty much restored. Looking forward to shows and tours with it next year. Just have a few items on my too-do list to get it ready. Hope to have all of you along for the ride.

Here are a couple pictures of the engine. It's a numbers matching one and runs great.

Hi, everyone. I just bought a 1931 Town Sedan, so I'm on the steep part of the learning curve. I've joined a couple of local clubs and already have some friends, but I'm a few days away from having the car delivered by a friend (with an enclosed trailer) from another club. I'll get you some better pictures after it's delivered, but here's one at the PO's house, the day I bought it. I've already...

Hello all, I am relatively new to VFF forum,I have been working on Model A's for 10-12 years now. My current project is a 150A station wagon that I have been restoring for the past 7-8 years for fine point judging. It should be ready next year for Oshkosh. It has proved to be a lot of work, but it has been a real enjoyable project. I have obtained a great deal of information...

I joined up over on the **** **** and figured I'd join in here too. I inherited my grandfathers Model A, it was his first car, he bought it in 1957 and restored it about 16 years ago. He taught me a lot about it but it seems there is always more to learn about these awesome cars, look forward to learning!

When I turned 40 I started planing my retirement by buying 160 aces of timber in southern Iowa and building a two bedromm house on it and a couple of ponds for fishing, when I turned 62 I retired, sold my housein Des Moines, moved south and built a 40 X 80 shop. I have spent the last couple...

Hello, I am a new member, and after decades of waiting I finally acquired a beloved 1929 Model A Special Coupe. Purchased it from a friend who decided it was time to part with his collection. I am the 3rd owner of the car. This was driven 35 miles back to our house by the owner, with me riding shotgun. My first ride in a Model A. It will need a little TLC and detailing. The paint is lacquer from the...

Hey all my name is Kris. I've been around old cars all my life, helping work on my dads cars, going to every car show we could, and because of that it's always been my dream to build a hot rod. So I bought my first piece of vintage tin last year a 1947 Ford Super Deluxe Coupe. The plan is a simple old school shoestring budget hot rod, lowered, fat whitewalls, 302/C4, 8.8" etc...with as many original...

Hello everyone. I’ve found this forum just this morning for the first time. There is a lot of incredibly useful information that is posted on here and very friendly advise given. My name is Toby Ballard and I live in a village called Bexley in England. I’ve been building engines since I was 10 years old and have been specialising in Model A’s since I was 25. You can see some of my work on my...
