I took my carb off to work on it and the vacuum line which goes from the back of distributor into carb messed up. Basically I pulled the nut off the line and now I cannot get it back onto the line. Is this a prefabbed part or is there an easy fix I am not seeing?

It might be a little swelled from the ferrule. Plan A Try taking some sand paper to it and see if that helps. If it came off it should go back on. A little lube won't hurt either. Plan B would be to cut off a little on the end if you still have enough line with a tubing cutter. Plan C is get another line
Maybe someone else has a plan A,B or C3~ Tudor's & 1~ Coupe
